Project Planning 2017

I had to take a step back and take a hard look at my current projects to create some sense of order to them. As I mentioned in a previous post, I severely lack storage space, but I realized that I could continue with my current, and future projects if I planned them out accordingly. Doing my projects in a certain sequence will allow me to remove some clutter and make available some much-needed space. I had to downsize some of the projects' scale, but that is ok, as I can always add to them in the future when we finally build a house.

So here is the plan through February-March (School/Travel permitting)

  1. January: Complete 1/72 Reconquista project. (98% done with Andalusians, 40% done with Catalan) Might be a little optimistic finishing in January as I have a trip late in the month.
  2. February-March: Complete 1/72 Samurai Project. 65% done with Army of West, 0% done with Army of East (or vice versa, I get them turned around sometimes)
  3. March - onward: Unknown. I have some things in mind (Song of Blades and Heroes, Frostgrave...skirmish type stuff) but will have to see what storage under the bed and cabinets look like by then 😀 There is always something shiny to catch my attention.
Fingers crossed on staying on track!

Happy New Year!
